Uploading takes a long time. How can I make this faster?

Note that your first upload for a given store might take a little longer as it needs to fetch all your historical data. Subsequent uploads should be faster, but we are capped by how long it takes the actual store tabs to load if they're just opened. If it's taking too long, please contact support at help@trackmy.games

I just marked a game as owned but it's still saying I don't own it when I go to the store page! How can I fix this?

This is probably a caching issue. Go to your profile and click the big red "Clear caches" button and reload the page you were checking.
